First published in 1942, The Poky Little Puppy by Janette Sebring Lowrey, illus. by Gustaf Tenggren, stars a curious canine who just can't keep up with the pack. In Scuffy the Tugboat by Gertrude Crampton, illus. by Tibor Gergely, Scuffy sets out to see the world but soon decides to go back where he belongs-the bathtub. It's springtime in Margaret Wise Brown's Home for a Bunny (1956), illus. by Garth Williams, and a brown rabbit looks for a place to live. After interviewing other animals about their abodes ("I would fall out of a nest," he explains to the robin), he finally finds the right match. In The Fuzzy Duckling (1949), a counting book by Jane Werner Watson, illus. by Alice and Martin Provensen, a baby duck meets other animals including "two frisky colts," and "six lively lambs/ with thick soft fleece," but none will join him for a walk through the woods.

To offset all the idiots who down voted this wonderful story based on the free sample. If you are too cheap to buy the book before judging it, then keep your mouth shut.
My favorite book
This is my all time favorite book
Not a huge fan of it in this format however
Some improvements would be to make it full screen
And narrated (I had the record when I was a kid so I would listen to it before i could even read) I wish I woulda bought the app of this when i had the chance (before they put it on here) was stupidly waiting for it to come down in price which it never did. That's more of the experience I am looking for with this book, an animated audio book app like was on here before, if you bring that back I'll buy it this time!
Sample terrible
I downloaded a sample of this which consisted of four "pages": the front cover which I can see on the store page, the inside cover (which looks just like every other golden book in existence), a blank page. It is a completely useless sample. I'll check Kindle or just buy the actual book.
