Interesting Read
The Policewoman is a new action novel by Justin Roberts. I've had to let this one sink in before reviewing. The storyline is quite interesting. The main character Sarah is a cop from Indonesia who goes to the U.K. to help with an international case. She meets and falls in love with Michael. While I loved the action and the character relationships in this book, I felt weighed down by all of the various agencies' abbreviations and technical descriptions. The use of different accents and languages was kind of cool but difficult for me because I had to stop and try to pronounce and understand. The main message in the book; sacrifice for those you love was shocking and heartbreaking, but worked for the greater good. I think military and law enforcement types would really enjoy this book. Justin is incredibly knowledgeable about the workings of different agencies internationally and the equipment they use.
Great Read
This was quite a fun read. I thoroughly enjoyed from beginning to end. Great story line with great characters. If you enjoy action books involving police and military this book is for you ! No spoilers from me (great plot twists), I want you to read it and enjoy it as much as I did. Kudos to Justin.
