A failed investigation into an abusive and alcoholic police officer that is covered up brings Gary and Joe into the mix of a major case. This case is the last one in the series where everything is put to the test to get justice for Sherry. Sherry has suffered at the hands of an abusive partner named Nate who is a police officer and a serious alcoholic.
