Publisher Description
Native American psychologist Ben Pecos has returned to the New Mexico pueblo of his birth as an intern with the Indian Health Service. Still struggling with the demons of his past, he is plunged into the nightmare rampage of a mysterious illness that is killing the residents of the pueblo, including his own grandmother.
One of the victims, the powerful tribal governor, had made powerful enemies, and Ben suspects his murder was premeditated—but that doesn't explain the insidious killer now stalking the innocent. Undaunted, Ben digs deep into the motives of power and greed to root out a killer whose deadly agenda is spiraling out of control.
Newly edited first e-book edition.

The pumpkin seeds massaxre
Loved the Native American setting and the characters. Story slow to develop in first third of book. The climax and resolution were a bit too convenient. But overall the story is unusual and thus well worth reading.
Great Read
This book was everything put together in an outstanding way. The spirits and traditions of the fictional tribe were believable and interesting. The blossoming love interests and hero undertones were just right.
The big money group putting everything on the casino, no matter who they had to kill and later even more to be killed, with no concern at all over the killings seems totally real. Some things were a little predictable, but I truly loved this book. I would recommend this book to anybody, as it has something for everyone!
