Edward L. Stratemeyer (4 October 1862 – 10 May 1930) also known as Ralph Bonehill, was an American writer of children's fiction books. He produced more than 1300 books himself, selling more than 500 million copies. He is best-know by his fictional book series for juveniles such as “The Rover Boys”, “The Bobbsey Twins”, “Hardy Boys”, and “Nancy Drew”.
