Great place to start with quinoa & a breath of fresh air for the quinoa aficionado

This little book will get the newbie started on quinoa without any fuss or complications. The photos and anecdotes are super helpful and lovely.

This little book will also give you a new take on how to use quinoa if you’re already a fan. Simple, doable, and tasty in a size you can chew on. No big commitment, though plenty of eye candy throughout the pages.

Perfect for the yogi and the lifter!

Quick, simple and delicious

I love this little book. It's fascinating to read about the authors childhood as the daughter of a star bodybuilder. That perspective is really unique and compelling. The habits that her father relied on to stay in prime condition are a foundation for the habits she offers here. The basic habit is this... Be ready for hunger with delicious and healthy options. I already cook and eat quinoa regularly, but this book is full of great ideas to add some interest to my usual staples. Looking forward to making many of these dishes!

Healthy and delicious

I just got the book and love it! The recipes are quick, easy and full of good nutrients. The creative combination of ingredients makes for unique and appetizing recipes. The author provides some great make-ahead tips and ideas as well. Her background and upbringing makes for an interesting read too!
