Customer Reviews
If you’re looking for a scholarly resource about reactive hypoglycemia this is not it
Most of the entirety of the book is about anecdotal experience and not empirical evidence. I would not recommend reading this book if you were looking for a serious in-depth analysis of reactive hypoglycemia.
Very Vegan
Would rate it higher if the author wasn't so restrictive regarding the use of only vegan protein sources & products. The information needs to be more well-rounded and inclusive, otherwise it's a good resource.
