VERY accurate

Being a car salesperson/sales manager, I was skeptical. I am tired of being labeled as a car salesman. When people ask me what I do, I always reply, "I am not a carsalesman, I am simply a guy who sells cars". Just trying to make a living just like you!

The process can be very simple and believe it or not, fun! When you are dealing with a professional salesperson, the overall experience should be enjoyable. After all, your driving home in a new car!

The book was very informative and accurate. However, with that being said, do not be "that guy" that shops different dealerships. We own the car at the same price as they do. If your salesperson is honest, hardworking and has a good personality, give the guy your business. Just like you, he/she also needs to put food on the table.
