Not exactly what I was expecting
Too much writing about stuff I don't really care about, the essence of this book can be contained in about 10 to 15 pages only.
This book I'd great
I had anxiety and this book makes it go away cause it teaches you whats going on in your body. Once you know the biology and chemistry behind it that cause the problem you can work on fixing it
