GD word is way over used
The books series was good and I’m not a big church goer but, the constant use of the gd word really took away from the story. It was like that middle school kid that learned a new curse word.
Beware of bait and switch of remaining novels
Good books, but the last two are only 50 pages!
Some brilliant marketing idiot decided that if you get the customer hooked then they will have to buy the last 2 books each with only 50 pages.
Well, I'm going to let the story end in the middle. I won't be ransomed!
A heavy read but interesting (would give 3.5 if possible)
Okay, I have mixed feelings about this one. On one hand, I appreciate the tactical realism and I think the premise is interesting and the author really goes into the specifics making a somewhat realistic zombie apocalypse scenario. On the other hand, it is a very heavy read. Definitely don’t advise you read this if you’re on the sensitive side (mentions of SA, alot of graphic stuff that veers into unnecessary territory). However, in terms of pure craft this novel is something special. I’m not gonna lie I have a love hate relationship with this book😂
