Love this book!

I love this book. I first listened to Sal on Mind Pump Podcast, and fell in love the MAPS programming. So many people in the fitness community convolute and complicate getting in shape. Sal easily explains how to gain muscle, which helps burn fat.
I have cut back my cardio and incorporated the full body workouts from this book which has allowed me to gain muscle and see visible results in the mirror.
