The Rings of Hydra is an epic dystopian saga, in which a young deserter is captured and forced to live between two worlds: as a land-loving outlaw, hiding from the government along with the rest of his clan in a place they are forbidden to be, and as a fledgling enforcer for the same government that roots out and destroys families just like his own.
