Publisher Description
Mental training is scarcely covered in the climbing literature, yet it is as important to performance as strength, flexibility, and technique. In his unique approach to mental training, Arno Ilgner draws essential elements from the rich "warrior" literature, as well as from sports psychology, and combines these with his extensive climbing experience to create The Warrior’s Way ®.

An amazing guide to body and mind climber or not
I've been a rock climber for about 15 years now. It's my passion! I will climb until my body doesn't let me anymore. As I've started getting older. I started developing a fear and doubt in myself to be able to climb certain things. My friend told me about this book. I immediately purchased it to see if this would help. Amazingly it has helped me quite a bit. It's not a cure all but in time if you stick to the instructions from this book you will see yourself becoming a more confident climber. I also use these practices in everyday life as well. I'm planning on reading on. Espresso Lessons is the follow on book to the Rock Warriors Way. I'm sure I won't be disappointed.
