The Rose

Each of us goes through life doing what's expected of us, at home, at work, in the community.  At some defining point, the universe gives us a choice:  Turn one way and keep the familiar routine and the safety of the known; turn another and heed an inner calling to explore a world of magic and metaphor, of roller coaster emotions, that propel us to deeper levels than everyday experiences permit.  It is on this path that we begin the hero's quest which leads to insights and recognition of ancient truths and brings the deepest levels of our being to the surface.
