This is another spy thriller from former BBC journalist Peter Marshall in which the secret services of Russia and the West pit their wits against each other in the murky world of international espionage – and the events in the story also provide a now too familiar portent of current events. The author was a journalist and editor with the BBC and its international offshoot Visnews for many years, before moving to the USA to work on the development of satellite services for the international TV market.
