EXCELLENT
Much better than I ever anticipated. I couldn’t put it down, read thru the 3 books in less than a week.

Worst so far
Barely a plot. Ole Gunnie’s character was as malleable as clay for this one. Small, stage play-like number of characters that keep popping back up, very little character development, and no real effort made to explain anyone’s motivation. There’s a scene where two characters aren’t needed any more, so they simply exit the car and disappear, almost like they realize they’re in a plotless parody of narrative, for instance.
Really disappointing. The first book was entertaining, the second fine with a forgivable MacGuffen-driven plot, but this one felt ghostwritten by someone new to writing anything longer than a short story in a creative writing elective.
Pulls you into their world.
Good characters which I expect from ms. Harris. She pulls you into their world.
