Full of romance and humour, this is a book about fresh starts, friendship and the unexpected places we find happiness.
‘I love getting lost in a Jules Wake book!’ Debbie Johnson, bestselling author of the Comfort Food Cafe series
This is the story of two women.
One old, one young.
One looking for new adventures. One looking for a purpose.
Both needing a friend.
And this is how, along with two little girls in need of a family, a gorgeous stranger, and a scruffy dog, they bring the whole community together every Saturday morning for love, laughter and a little bit of running…(well, power walking).
Some people come into your life when you need them the most.

About the author
Jules Wake’s earliest known declaration that she planned to be a writer came at the age of ten. Along the way she was diverted by the glamorous world of PR, but eventually the voices in her head persuaded her it was time to sit down and write the novel she’d always talked about.
Her debut, Talk to Me, came out in 2014. Since then she has published a dozen bestselling cosy and contemporary romance novels as both Jules Wake and Julie Caplin.
The Saturday Morning Park Run
Oh how I love this authors books. I laugh, smile, cry just all the feels. She writes books I can’t put down, and I am always sorry when I’ve finished one. Her characters are always people I wish I knew. Look for her books, she never disappoints.
