Honestly this book has changed my entire outlook on life and especially my own life. I’ve gone through things, and still going through things, but the way that Shannon explained her own journey to discovering self love, care, and acceptance made me see how I was lacking all of those things in my own existence. I could relate to everything she went through personally, and my world is forever changed because of her courage and brilliance. I totally recommend ANYONE to read this book; you absolutely won’t regret it!!
