The Sellafield One

It was twenty one year old Harriet Jenkins' first day at Sellafield nuclear plant when there was an accident that killed both of her parents, and left her scarred and her immune system weakened. Eight months later she joins a taskforce that has been set up to expose the conspiracy that has been blighting the nuclear industry since 1957.
Setting their sights on politician Sir Lucas Chester and philanthropist Sir Ernest Veer, and using every trick they can think of including interrogation, espionage and infiltration, the taskforce soon uncovers a culture of conspiracy that shocks them to core and plunges the UK into a state of emergency. Along the way they have to deal with murder, blackmail, corruption, romance, a traitor, and each other as they try to find out who is really calling the shots.
