Customer Reviews
Highly engaging and interactive. Brilliant design!
This multi-touch book is very well layed out and provides the reader with multiple modalities to learning about the senses. A wonderful read / resource for education and students wanting an interactive experience to the senses.
Very intuitive, beautifully illustrated and a fascinating to read
The senses is a beautifully illustrated book about our 5 senses set up in 5 chapters of vision, hearing, touch, smell and taste. The book is very intuitive and fascinating to read… not just for students but for teachers, parents and anyone who wants to learn about the senses. I love the simple and beautiful design of it. iBooks can be easily updated with new content and won’t tear like a normal book. Pictures are high quality and can be looked at closer with a simple pinch on the screen and text can be highlighted and searched with one tap. Simple, intuitive and informative.
Great resource
A great use of the interactive format that allows the reader to learn about our amazing senses. The graphics are stunning, the content is right on, and the interactive parts allow the reader to have a much deeper understanding of how our senses let us perceive our environment.
This is a great resource for a teacher iPad(especially useful as a learning center if there is only 1 iPad in the classroom), as a mini textbook in a 1:1 environment, or even for the casual reader who wants to understand a little better how their bodies work
