A great practical guide to leadership and life!
Lucidity, practicality and relatability are the hallmarks of every well-written book. This book “The Serving Mindset” hits the mark on all these qualities, and is a practical guide to leadership and also many aspects of life overall.
A great book for your bookshelf. Read it, absorb it, apply it, and enjoy the transformation it brings about, not just in your entrepreneurship but also in your life overall.
To paraphrase one of my favorite lines, “It’s not about you or your solution. It’s about the prospect and his/her problem.”
In this book, Farnoosh Brock brilliantly covers leadership, mindfulness, authenticity, sales and servitude in one neat package. In this book, she walks you through various mindset shifts to be more aware of your products, brings mindfulness to your prospects’/clients’ needs, and brings a new dimension of sales into your leadership. As a leader across several multinational companies, this book was an eye-opener and brought up various changes that I made to my leadership style.
As I mentioned before, relatability is a key aspect of any well-written book. Farnoosh hits home on this with her personal life examples and the various case studies that this book presents so that you can apply the principles to your leadership style and also to life in general.
Great book! Must have! Enjoy!
