The Seventh Suitor
Laura Matthews has written an enjoyable book set in the Regency Era. Her main character, Kate Montgomery, called to mind Georgette Heyer's The Grand Sophie, someone with a knack for deftly sorting out the problems of all that who fell within her sphere of influence. Miss Matthew's story, while pleasant and well written did not engross, but it did entertain.
