The Shaolin Viking Volume Two

This book began as a result of a conversation I had with one of my mentors, Jessie. We had discovered an article in an architectural magazine about a Chinese jade carving of a small buddha that was found in a Norwegian architectural site. The Buddha was sitting on a dirt deep mantel to a Viking home from over 1,000 years ago.  The Nordic Vikings are my blood ancestors while the Shaolin Buddhist are my spiritual ancestors and teachers. I have often hoped that my Viking ancestors had ended their desire for war and conquest and learned to live with their fellow humans in a world of cooperation.

As I did research I discovered that archeologist thought that many Nordic tribes did just that. Perhaps among those Viking voyagers my great grandparents from 100 generations ago found their way to the Shaolin Buddhists in China.
