The Sheik’s Rescue:
This is the second story in the Del Taran Series. It’s Calista and Goran’s story. I really enjoyed reading this one. Another great addition by Elizabeth Lennox! Great plot, characters, and love story! Well worth reading! The characters are great and entertaining. It’s always good to have strong characters. I enjoyed the pace and the action of this story.
Overall great read. If you haven’t read any of her books, this one is a great one to start with.
Impressions can be deceiving
The Del Tarn series continues with The Sheiks Rescue. Sheik Goran el Istara is engaged to Princess Calista, their engagement was quick and a year later Calista is regretting it. She has decided that she wants a passionate marriage not a political one. Little does she know Goran has the same feelings about their relationship, he thinks that she is standoffish and not at all the woman he first met. They both discover after they’ve been kidnapped and need to work together to escape that maybe they have misjudged each other. Goran must discover who in his government is behind the kidnapping and is keeping vital info from him. The illegal mining that was occurring in Calista’s country has moved to Goran’s country and he must stop it. While all of this is happening the two of them are discovering that they need each other and are learning about each other!
Easy Read
Book is fast pace and easy read. It is a typical romance book. I think I prefer her older books though.
