My potato chip bag is empty AGAIN!!
The Marvelous, truly One of a Kind, Jayne Ann Krentz very kindly opened the door into another fast paced adventure with her unique paranormal villains & heroes (Humor!! Sex!! Love!! A DOG!!!), tossed me through it, then kept me up at night. Sadly, it’s not because her worlds terrify me, but because I just can’t put the story down- gobbling up the chapters like the crispiest, saltiest potato chips EVER! Then when I finally take a breath and look up, the words, like chips, are just GONE- leaving me desperately craving another bag- I mean, BOOK - of thrilling paranormal adventures that can ONLY come from Jayne Ann Krentz.
I’m not really a cruel person, and I do understand all the hard work that goes into creating her worlds & bringing their fabulous people to life-but how awesome it would be if she wrote faster!!
Sorry, that’s mean…. My chip addiction breaking thru right there. Sorry!! I am sorry!!!
I’ll patiently wait here for my next full bag of chips - Um, I mean, BOOK!! and I vow next time I will savor them slowly… uh- READ it a bit at a time, like carefully selecting one dark truffle from the box then carefully placing the container back on the shelf, probably moving it a few room away so I’m not tempted…
oh, who am I kidding???
OF COURSE, I’ll fully devour it in one breathless sitting & crave MORE. It’ll happen- truly- as sure as the sun comes up…

Um…sorry! 🤦🏻♀️ I mean: Read her books- please be prepared- you can’t stop at just one- and it won’t actually help you develop patience or better ways to deal with cravings, just sayin… but it is without a doubt, well worth it!!❤️💕❤️ Can’t say I didn’t warn you. 😃

It was a little hard to get into at first, but then the plot moved. Loved the characters…
