The author Akuzuki says for some reason he feels like eating lamb when listening to a certain tune of a rock band whom he has recently been into. As he becomes more interested in lamb, he has found a ramen restaurant featuring lamb bone soup and decided to review “mutton or lamb dishes” in all the categories (Ramen, Japanese cuisine, Western cuisine, Chinese cuisine, and Curry) in The Sifted series.

In this Vol.8 containing 12 episodes, the largest number ever, he also introduces meals of south India to use venison, a very famous 24-hour ramen restaurant, an authentic sushi restaurant without a conveyor belt, and those from “100 Great Pizzerias” and “100 Great Curry Restaurants” selected by Tabelog.
