This booklet describes the Six Learnings curricular framework for fictive worlds and virtual environments, such as Second Life.
The framework details the affordances for learning of such worlds and environments, and the booklet provides illustrated examples of how these various affordances might be leveraged, for effective curriculum design.
It is hoped that in this way, worlds such as Second Life and environments such as OpenSim - along with MMORPGs such as World of Warcraft - might augment innovative curriculum designs in ways beyond how they have traditionally been understood.
