First, THIS IS NOT A CHILDREN’S FICTION BOOK!!! Did the author make that classification error…or ibooks? Either way…it is not for children…it is an adult post-apocalyptic tale. And it is brilliant, violent, gory, moving, funny, and intense. This book, and its prequel, “The Rain”, have become my favorite post-apocalyptic novels. You will make the same decision, if you are into that kind of story. If not…go buy a children’s book. This is not one.
