The only thing I didn’t like about this book is the fact that I had to read another book to see what happens next. And I am so excited to get started. The ground has been laid for a sexy saga and I am so excited see where Konstantin and Cassie go from here.

If you like graphic as heck then this is the book for you but not my type of book.
With this being the beginning it lays out the background story of Konstantine then introduces Cassie. There’s harshness, darkness that can be a trigger to some... Precautions before reading. A soldier , a warrior then to be king.
The storyline was so interesting that it completely captivated me and was so intriguing that I couldn’t stop reading it until I finished with the very last word. I definitely recommend this book to anyone looking for an amazing book. Enjoy happy reading 📚 Can’t wait until the next book

If this prequel is as good as the Bratva Blood Duet, then we are really in for a great series. This prequel provides the background on Konstantin Ivanov, who rises from devastating poverty and personal loss to become a billionaire through legal and illegal business ventures, and Cassie, a waitress at a coffee shop who is searching for a IT/computer tech position. They are both drawn to each other but have not acted upon their attraction. I highly recommend this phenomenal prequel and can hardly wait until the first book of this duet entitled King.

The Soldier: Bratva Blood Prequel by SR Jones is a dark mafia romance where we’re introduced to Konstantin Ivanov (the boy, the soldier and the monster) and Cassie Evans. The story is intriguing, intense, has heartbreak and is drama filled that I read it in one sitting. Note: The story will pick up in The King: Bratva Blood, book 1 Would recommend it: YES
