The Spirit of Caledonia

Sheila’s life is caught in the past. Her husband was lost at sea years ago and it often feels as if she lost herself along with him. She holds on though, despite her bitterness, clinging to life in the little home they shared together off the coast of Caledonia, praying beyond hope that one day she’ll see him again. But when her prayers are answered, she almost wishes that they hadn’t been for it’s not at all what she expected.
