An ambassador sent from the Seven Realms to establish relations with the kingdoms of Hamptor and Arestead is missing. Ursel returns to establish The Spy's Net. The people continue to suffer from the actions of Wathdure as he dominates the subcontinent from Ozlid. Opportunities abound but so then does treachery!
