The Supernova Inside

The Supernova Inside Explores how I've used poetry over the years as my therapy. This is a collection of writings and poetry that deals with doubts and aspirations, this sometimes includes my overly active imagination. Writing Poetry has become a way to confide all that I feel in a creative way. I’m able to express my deepest thoughts and feelings. Writing poetry has allowed me to find answers to internal questions. I've found Insight into me, intimacy, into me now I see. This collection is a release for me, I hope in my wrestling with my thoughts, emotions and imagination you find enjoyment.
