This is a modern-day story told from the wolf’s perspective who tries to borrow a cup of sugar from three pigs. He tries to convince them he’s not a pig eater because he’s not the same wolf they had read about in other books.
It wasn’t until he smelled the aroma of Thanksgiving cooking coming from Oink’s house that he realized he was a wolf who’s possibly capable of eating pigs.
An old friend who lives in the forest reserves knew him when he was a little feller was his last hope to borrow a cup of sugar. On Thanksgiving Day, he goes to the old man’s house and learns there is a surprise waiting for him when he arrives.
