Not very good
I've only tried one cupcake and one icing recipe so far and it was not what I thought it would be. The cake recipe was dry and not at all sweet, it tasted like flour. The icing recipe was WAY too sweet, and that's coming from a person who has a mouth full of sweet tooths. I'm going to try more recipes but I'm very skeptical. I can't believe they feed that to their customers.
I LOVE this book!!
I have this book on my iPad and refer to it often. It's a perfect foundation for mastering cupcakes!
