Even Better!
Either you or your mom did weigh down in the 90s and it worked- this book has all the same eye-opening answers to why we are overweight and how to lose weight plus a lot more application chapters that were not in the original book. I highly recommend this version and refer back to it often. This is about getting in touch with what God has already put inside each of us to guide us on when and what to eat, eating regular foods, no counting, find self control and no more emotional eating!
