Poor editing…hard to read at times.
Struggled to stay engaged in the flow of the writing style. Not sure if there was an attempt to be “PC” and write a book with gender fluid grammar, or if just bad editing. Either way, find the excessive and redundant use of the word “their” as a generic identifier of almost every character to be confusing at best.
