I am so excited about this cookbook! As an amateur home chef it Is everything I’m looking for: accessible ingredients and easy to follow directions. It is so well organized and had the most beautiful photos! Can’t wait to try out one of the fabulous recipes and pair it with one of the many delicious tequila cocktails. Cheers!

As soon as I read the 6 health benefits of tequila, I knew I was hooked. There are a lot of traditional and technical Mexican cookbooks out there but this one stands out to me because the recipes are so approachable and the book is filled with personalized culinary advice. It’s like culinary school wrapped up in a taco! I can’t wait to try his modern, lighter version of carnitas. ¡Salud!
