The duo eventually reach the conclusion that someone else must be responsible for the massacre, someone who may have recruited the boy to do the shootings. Fast, thrilling read
I’ve been reading the Quincy series out of order so was pleased to read this “origins” story of their first meeting. Well written and paced, taut plot and fast reading towards the conclusion. Raises questions that hopefully someday will have more answers and clarity. For now, a good mystery to enjoy.
