While the book is a bit dry and the characters' personalities are rather muffled, readers who enjoy storytelling with a strong moral lesson may well be pleased with Wallace's first novel.

The Touch EXCELLENT!
I seldom read fiction however this book was highly recommended & sent to me by a friend so...It is hard to put down -- a real page turner--many twists & turns!! Very easy read I will read it more than once!! I highly recommend it-- you WILL enjoy it! "The Touch" one of my all time favorite reads--enjoy!!
