Great book, small complaints

Great book with the original pictures inside the book included on several pages. Only complaints is that there are several typos like "fell into space1" instead of "fell into space!" in the first page or two. There are several other small typos as if it was transcribed digitally by a computer reading the pages and wasn't proofread very well afterwards.

There's also cover art for books 02 and up but not book 01. It's a shame sitting on my iBooks bookshelf looking nothing like the others in the Hardy Boys series.

Overall a great job and a wonderful trip down Hardy Boys memory lane! A must-read for all young boys :)

Wishing they had the original 1927 edition

The Hardy Boys are great books for the kids to read. As great as they are I wish they would also have the original 1927 edition to be able to buy and read. You don't know what you're missing by reading only the new post 1950s versions of the series.

Trip back !!

Just seeing this and reading the synopsis is a trip back to my childhood when I would devour all of these books . I will slowly purchase all of them. My parents bought me Hesse books but I foolishly traded them in for others I was more interested in . Little realizing how much I'd miss them down the road.
