The Trial of the Reverend Ezra Johnson

The time is the 1950s. The Reverend Johnson is a mountain of a man, a fire and brimstone preacher, a church builder, a philanderer, an embezzler, and very likely a murderer. Will Graham, a legendary Georgia courtroom lawyer, is called out of near retirement to serve as special prosecutor and adds to his legend through the twists and turns of trial and post-trial.
