In a series of mixed-up events, Aileen Hastings never expected to be mistaken for her younger sister, Ashlynn.  When Noah reads her the riot act for the way 'she' treated his younger brother, Aileen automatically puts her guard up against him.  As much as the in-control Aileen wants to dislike the impulsive and semi-charming Noah, she finds herself interested in him even as she attempts to pull away.  She's not certain how much more her already battered heart can take and it's safer to keep Noah at a distance. 

Noah finds himself intrigued by the prickly Aileen.  The more time they spend together, the more he wants to know about her.  Will she ever let down her wall and let Noah in, or will he give up and move on? 

The Trouble with Chasing Aileen is the second book in the Hastings Siblings Series.  It can be read alone, but some characters from the first book – The Consequences of Being Aiden – make some appearances.
