Fantastic Book

Every business book talks about sales, customer service, marketing, hiring & firing, etc. It's rare you come across a book dedicated on trust. Mr. Horsager's book is fantastic. He dives in deep on the eight pillars of trust. This is a book anyone in a business setting should read, from the CEO to the Custodian. The author does a solid job with "action plans" or providing homework from personal mission statements to different web sites to research more with. Trust is a cornerstone in business and relationships... I'm thankful for this book in my library.
