Was probably good when the website worked
A lot of this book builds on materials that you can download if you follow the listed link or go to their website. The links are broken, and the website doesn’t seem to have the worksheets either. Not as helpful to read through the training plan with “oh, you’ll understand when you see the sheet” when the sheet is not available. I’m frustrated I bought this book expecting to get a straining plan, and the book didn’t follow through on what it promoted
