This book appeared on a shelf in a b&n shortly after I was diagnosed. I had read other books but they were too technical and I wasn't ready to think about my fertility directly. This book breaks it down and concentrates on every aspect of getting healthy. I even made my mom buy it so that she could read it and begin to understand! This is also the book I lend to people when they first find out they have PCOS... Just amazing!
