To be continued
This ends with TO BE CONTINUED.
And no book to follow.
Should not have been published.
As the author was in the ninth grade when this was written. I suggest that they slowly re-read their work. There are many wrong words as if spell check or auto-complete kicked in. The character are not believable. The actions of the characters are not believable.
The swat team enters the house and ignores the aliens in the house. When one of the aliens verbally confronts them he orders them killed? After the aliens kill a few agents they are allowed to surrender. This is not plausible.
There was not a good reason to end the book when you did. You could resolved the plot easily in a short time.
Re-read and edit. Think about how real people would react in the situation.
Valiant Effort
I believe it is a great accomplishment to write a book at such a young age. As a young writer as well I commend you on this great feat. I believe with a little refinement this book could be even better then it is now. Even though I do not think this is the best book I ever read I believe this is a big step in the journey of a writer.
