The Universe Is So Much Bigger Than Me

A poetry book about mental health. I am sixteen years old and struggled with mental health for a few years. I wanted to write a book so other teens my age and adults can relate to how I feel. Having relatability is so conforming. Knowing you are never alone going through whatever is going on. You are strong.
