Publisher Description
As a member of the RPS, Daphne Niell, also known as the Vampire of Montana, lives to serve.
On a good day, she hunts terrorists and eliminates them before they can strike.
On a bad one, His Royal Majesty of Montana, also known as her twerp of a cousin, sends her overseas to play nice with foreign monarchs.
Upon landing in Spain, the Vampire of Montana learns she's been played, and her first job involves securing the life and liberty of everyone in a busy airport. To do her job, she needs more than just an excuse: she needs a partner.
Selecting a tall, dark, and handsome stranger from the ticketing line to become an unwitting accomplice in her plans isn't her style, but desperate times call for drastic measures.
What she doesn't know might kill them both and forever change the course of the Royal States and the world.

This is a terrific book. Well written and a joy to read. I’m looking forward to many more books in the series. Buy this. You won’t regret it.
Must Read
Susan Copperfield out did herself with this story. I have reread the book again already and look forward to reading again. Love it Definitely recommend this book
Absolutely loved it!
I’ve really been looking forward to the new Agents spinoff series, but I loved this book even more than I expected. So much, in fact, that when I finished I went right back to the start and read it a second time. I’ve never done a back-to-back re-read on any other book! Daphne is wonderful and probably my new favorite character in the Royal States. Edward is also a good character, and we get interactions with many old friends. And horses! Despite the inclusion of terrorists, this is a very fun book, and no one (except terrorists) is hurt. The sass I’ve come to expect from this author is much in evidence, as shown in my favorite quote from the book:
“ If you get into trouble with security, just use your magic words.” …..
“I have magic words? What magic words, and why didn’t you tell me about these magic words earlier?”
“Tell them you’re a Royal of Montana.”
I gasped. “You used the bad words on me. How could you? Those words are bad.”
Great characters, a well-crafted plot thot held my interest (even the second time through), lots of fun and sass, and excellent writing make for an outstanding read. Do yourself a favor and buy this book!
