I usually love AR books but…
I just didn’t love this one. The MC was kind of a jerk for too much of the book and their first sexual interaction was to noncon for me. He had a gun to get her to undress and then she’s so innocent that she wasn’t even sure if he did what he did. I usually love the OTT alpha characters that fall hard and fast but did not like this one.
A little whiplash
I love an AR book. Vitaly gave me whiplash though, because he went from being disrespectful to Pru to confessing his love to her. Wish there was more relationship building or more dialogue about his feelings changing.
