A Thrill Ride of a Higher Power!

What a thrilling and truly incredible book! As a seasoned fan of the Thriller Genre, I truly cannot fathom how this series is not rated up there alongisde the biggest names in the game. From beginning to end, this book is everything that a truly great thriller novel should be. Not only is it engaging, but it hits home in a way few other books in this area like to do. The author is masterful in building up his plot, and tieing it all together for an awesome climax. His character development is outstanding, and really helps the reader build a bond with the main cast. Also, the protagonist, Reagan Rainey (awesome name btw), is all around one of the baddest dudes in the game; and what makes him so likeable, aside from the fact that he’s a man of faith (which is truly refreshing and totally unseen in the genre) is that he doesn't flaunt his skills, or have to go out of his way to achieve amazing feats…he’s humble, he saves the day/survives conflicts with the depth & ease of a season and incredeibly skillfull warrior/operator, and has the reader pulling for him page after page. He’s right up there with Rapp/Harvath/Logan, etc. The author knows his stuff and is an extremely talented writer.. I cannot wait to see what Dony Jay has in store for us in the next installment. Awesome book! Do yourself a favor a crack it open ASAP.
